OUR COVID-19 PROCEDURES

The health and safety of our Clients and Team Members is our highest priority, as always. We have added a few extra requirements / protocols due to COVID -19. All Team Members have taken the COVID-19 Barbicide training.

ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A COVID-19 WAIVER FORM PRIOR TO SERVICES. 

SERVICES​

  • Team Members cannot perform services if the client has any symptoms associated with COVID-19Fever, dry cough, tiredness, sore throat, headache, loss of taste or smell, a rash on skin, or discoloration of fingers or toes, experiencing difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, chest pain or pressure, loss of speech or movement

  • Team Members cannot perform services if the client has been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days

  • Team Members cannot perform services if the client has traveled outside of Canada within the last 14 days

TEAM MEMBER PROTOCOL ​

  • Team Members  will be required to wear a mask upon entry and throughout all appointments 

  • Team Members doing makeup services are to wear a face shield while preforming Makeup Services.

  • Team Member's are to manage contact tracing in accordance with city by-laws.

     

CLEANING PROTOCOL

  • Team Members will sanitize their hands before entering the service location.

  • All makeup brushes are sanitized with a professional-grade liquid makeup brush cleaner that is quick drying and 99.99% percent antimicrobial disinfectant. 

  • All tools, products and equipment are to be disinfected in between client’s

  • Team Members are to sanitize hands in between clients and as needed. 

*It is the contract holder’s responsibility to ensure the indoor number of people comply with the current zone specifications.

OUR COVID-19 POLICIES

Postponement (no charge)

The Brides booking fee & deposit,  will be carried forward to the new wedding date.

* In the circumstance, that we are already booked on your new wedding date and the uncertainty of the Pandemic and the new wedding date may have to be moved once again, a date which we could accommodate. The deposit will be refunded if the new wedding date that we are unable to accommodate is able to go forward. The refund will be processed within10 days after the wedding date that we were unable to accommodate has gone forward. *The $45.00 booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation 

In the event you cancel your  booking all together. The booking fee and deposit is non-refundable.

Bookings 

STEP 1 - We are unable to operate. Deposit less the booking fee is Refunded. *The refund will be processed within10 days after the wedding date

STEP - 2**COVID - On the Wedding day, usually there is no decrease in numbers two months before and cannot go under the minimum contracted.  Due to the Pandemic we made the following exception.  If your wedding takes place in Step 2. *The contracted minimum can be reduced by one person.
