​COVID-19

  • The safety and security of our Team Members and Clients is a priority at Pretty in Pink. As such, Pretty in Pink has increased safety, cleaning/sanitizing and taken other measures to aid in preventing the spread of Covid-19 and other communicable viruses and diseases.  By having service, you agree that Pretty in Pink assumes no liability in respect to the spread of any virus or infectious disease. ​​

 

  •  Many of our Team Members choose to continue to wear masks as their personal preference. Masks are not mandatory in our industry and as a company we cannot legally enforce them. Team Members are more than happy to wear them as requested to ensure the comfort of the client.

 

  • Team Members cannot perform services if the client has any symptoms associated with COVID-19. Fever, dry cough, tiredness, sore throat, headache, loss of taste or smell,  experiencing difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, chest pain or pressure.

Lockdown

We must abide by Step/Zone specifications st by the Government of Ontario and Public are subject to change. In the event we are unable to operate on your Wedding Date. The deposit less the booking fee will be refunded. *The refund will be processed within 10 days after the wedding date. *Step 1 unable to operate, * Step 2 the minimum can be reduced by one person.* Step 3 services to go on as contracted  * Subject to change following government step / zone guidelines. 

Postponement 

The Brides booking fee & deposit, will be carried forward to the new wedding date.  New pricing for that year would come into effect for all payments invoiced less the deposit.* In the circumstance that we are already booked on your new wedding date and the uncertainty of the Pandemic and the new wedding date may have to be moved once again to a date which we could accommodate. The deposit minus the booking fee and trial cost (if applicable) will be refunded if the new wedding date that we are unable to accommodate is able to go forward. The refund of the deposit will be processed within 10 days after the wedding date that we were unable to accommodate has gone forward. 

Cancellation 

In the event you cancel your  booking all together. The booking fee and deposit is non-refundable.
